I assume the idiots that cut through from the railroad tracks did it.
When I brought it to the mayors attention in summer/June it was only a few pickets repair..., Maybe 6 total. Would have been a 10 $ repair with nails. It has incrementally gotten worse. The fence , the litter, it's just a mess .

This is it after the storm. Plows bent the terminal post. Now it is more money to fix. Sigh .

This property belongs to the railroad it is not City property. The situation will be reassessed in the Spring.
