Description
Suffolk Park has a problem with the smokers. I’m not sure if smoking in public parks is permitted. If it is permitted in this city, set up areas where they can smoke and dispense their trash. Tired of getting into arguments when parents are smoking at the playground near my kids. Post some signs, create some smokers lounge and have the police department enforce it. Thank you.
