While there are code enforcement issues also attached to this property, that is a separate issue. The problem I am reporting is the dumping on CITY PROPERTY. The trees are blocking the city street. There is garbage blocking the city sidewalk. The city will be held liable if anyone is injured because of this. A city crew needs to come and clean this up TODAY. If this is not done, I will begin serving FOIA requests to find out who at the city level is allowing this to occur and why.
