Thank you for reporting this issue. Your submission has been sent to Alachua County's Solid Waste & Resource Recovery Department for resolution. Our apologies but this department only handles yard debris that has been put curbside by Alachua County residents. That does not include cleaning up of mud and leaves along the edges of streets nor blocked storm drains. Thank you
