The bank may be able to trim their property, but the hazard is from the CITY TREE and maintenance of the curb/apron. The tree stump and roots have been there for quite some time and now have what appears to be a bush or new tree growing out from it blocking the sightline for cars and pedestrians. I would guess that the bank would have a hard time selling this house with the mess the city has left unattended to.

State workers there this am...lets see what they come up with to repair the sidewalk/street...

The tree has been inspected and prioritized for action.
