Description
In regards to the complaint I just reported and was closed before I could even respond - I spoke with AA Road district and they believe this issue is due to the construction of the brand new curb along Laurel Trail and it is preventing water to flow. In regards to your message below, this construction would fall into the slot of "within the last year"

Thank you for contacting us. Anne Arundel County has seen record rainfalls in the 2018-2019 season and many areas have experienced significant flooding. I walk around my neighborhood daily with my dog and this is the only side street that is flooded so i'm not sure what record rainfall has to do with it. Do you know?
Some dept in Anne Arundel County came out and didn't fix it properly. They just dumped new asphalt, they didn't even create a hill for the rain to run down into the drain. Where is our taxpayer money going???
