Looks like someone wrapped the hanging electric cord around an I-beam to get it out of the direct path of people, so that is good...it still looks hazardous to have cables hanging like this.
The parking lot continues to be filled with trash (liquor bottles, beer cans, misc food trash) every day. The chipping concrete and chemical dripping onto cars is especially bad in the rain.
