Right now at 11:40 PM on a Sunday, the people who live in said address are throwing ANOTHER party with no regard to their surrounding neighbors. Sounds like children are using the floor as a trampoline, and bass from the stereo is thumping through the walls. On numerous occasions late at night you are overwhelmed with the sound of bed frames squeaking and the headboard banging against the walls. During the day it sounds like they're moving furniture ALL DAY, EVERY DAY and/or children pounding on the floors.
