Since 11 am this morning, neighbors two houses down have been blaring music so loud I cannot hear my own TV. It is the holiday so it was understandable, but now it's almost 7 pm and it's ridiculous. Our other neighbors have a baby. I understand the ordinance is 11 pm, yet this is excessive.
