Description

There is an overgrowth of grass and weeds on the side of Lincoln Cinema property (Elizabeth Avenue). This has been a continuous problem for the time it has been vacant. It is never addressed unless a homeowner on the block makes a compliant. It would be great if something could be done about this because it is pretty disgusting and really embarrassing to have to live next to this thing!
