Most of the time the landlord doesn’t even know that this happened. Maybe give him a call to inform him rather than posting. I’m sure it was tenant that put the trash out on the wrong night.

The owner of the building is responsible for trash. It is the end of the month. A tenant is moving out. The owner needs to talk to the tenant and make arrangements for the clean-out plan that is not against the City trash law. And the owner should then follow up and make sure it wasn't put out illegally. That is the owner's responsibility and no one else's.

This trash was being put out on Saturday afternoon. This report of it beat me to the punch reporting it since it was still there earlier today. FINE THEM, landlord, tenant, doesn't matter, FINE THEM!! The tenants put out their trash on the right night the rest of the year, and usually following the 'recycle' laws as well, why not this time?????? Sure, call the sign number, but after fining them first.
