In the mornings, the mosque has a community member dressed like a crossing guard. He stops traffic and crosses people in the middle of the block. Can a traffic engineering study be done? Pedestrians should cross at the crosswalks. If a crosswalk is needed midblock, like the one by the CVS a block ahead, it should be a real crosswalk, not an unsafe one.
