Watched driver turn illegally through the one way exit from Sutherland Rd directly in front of a BTD vehicle and employee. No one obeys this sign, changes and enforcement are needed. Dangerous for pedestrians, as well as other drivers entering Sutherland Rd legally (though often at speed).
