Description
St. Paul adds a beautiful new protected bicycle lane on St. Anthony between Snelling and Prior and does nothing to clean up the road beneath it. Almost impassable on a road bicycle. I challenge anyone working for St. Paul or Public works to travel this section of road on a bicycle. Unacceptable as my taxes continue to climb year after year.
