Greenbriar and Shepherd come together here at I-69 with 5 lanes: a left turn only, a left turn optional, 2 other straights only and a right turn only. The Greenbriar stop to turn right or go straight further complicates this intersection. Road markings have faded and never put in after the service road was re-layed. Signage is very poor here. Overhead, street markings and signs at the sides should be installed and maintained.

I agree. This is a very dangerous and confusing intersection.
