I am unable to see, and the operator dropped me off at the wrong stop. When I called into Customer Service, fortunately German answered to phone. As a prior bus operator and a professional customer service rep I knew he would be able to help me.
I did not know where I was, with the little information I gave German, he was able to know where I was and gave me detailed instructions on how to find my destination. He stayed on the phone with me for a long time to make sure I was ok. he even explained to me which street crossing button to press. German saved my life.
