10’ tall weeds/grass on unmaintained lot. Standing water, full of mosquitos, perfect breeding ground. Just reporting this again so we have a paper trail when the city of Houston does absolutely nothing for the 4th time. It’s been over 45 days since the last reported issue, so the excuse of giving the owner 30 days to address is gone.
