Blighted building. Brick facade of building fell off almost two years ago and hasn't been replaced. There are unsightly plastic sheets up all around the building with a temporary strand of construction lights hung around the building as well. A more appropriate finish needs to be put up on this blighted building. Enough time has passed. Or even better taking away another Oakland liquor store might not be a bad idea. On top of blight this business contributes to the inebriates, prostitutes and drug dealers of the neighborhood.
