A BMW DOTCOM Va plates Blk BMW Va Plates DOTCOM is the owner of the home and parks in the Disabled Space He or She has several cars or vehicles that use that space........

Address is incorrect 2401 Rosewood Ave and the owner now has a newer BMW BLK coupe with Va Tags DOTCOMS

The present home owner bought the home 2401 Rosewood and Stratford 2-3years ago and a Handicap parking spot was in place from the previous owner....this owner is not disabled or handicapped and is an owner of a BMW coupe Va tags Dotcoms lic plates my next step will be to call the police and report because this site nothing is being done to address the problem and the requests are falling in a black hole

This has been referred to the city authorities to monitor and investigate.....If the owner / resident Qualifies for the Disabled Space my apologies...but as in any Disabled Space the appropriate tags and decals should be evident and visible.....

This is a a misuse of a disabled parking space ......and neighbors misuse the space who are not handicapped ........I have forwarded the information to an agency that acts as a liaison with the City of Richmond to advocate for individuals with disabilities........and I will let her see and report the abuse further As this has clearly go on to the point of surreal....... 8 months is a long time to make a decision or fix a problem....... The sign clearly needs to come down and that space needs to be opened to all.......

I have noticed repeated CARS using the parking space all of which are not disabled a Green Van , misc small coupe cars older old toyota coupes so clearly the neighbor hood is not adhering to the sign residents are not reporting the abuse and city allows it Since there are no foot patrols ( POLICE)in neighborhoods and phone calls have to be made to (POLICE) for such issues....

This space was installed years ago for the later Dr. Foster and his wife. Their grandson is younger than me and does not need this space. A similar issue sign at 2301 Rosewood Ave was removed without an issue. No one house within the 3 of this home has a full time resident.

The sign needs to come down and I will bring it up at the month MPACT meeting with City officials.
