Description

DESCRIPTION
The tree in the backyard of 394 1st st, a multi residential building is already covered with tent caterpillar nests, high on top.
These hugely invasive tent worms have wreaked havoc within The Village Park in addition to the entire block last year.
In all fairness, who ever "owns" this tree may not know, be home, or even reside in the building.
