  Yes, it's a serious hazard for all, and often accompanied by high speed skateboarding epithets thrown at you because you're trying to enter the street.

  When the overgrown vegetation at the edge of the condo association's property/city's green space is trimmed, this drive would likely be much less "hidden". I do believe the legal responsibility for this trimming falls to the property owners and the lack of regular trimming on its portion may expose the condo association itself to the potential for some legal liability in the case of an accident.

  Thanks for your comment. The City owns/maintains the area is question. And regardless of overgrowth, the driveway is still hidden from view when traveling down Depot Street (especially at high rate of speed)
