Description

This has become an area for the homeless and is growing. They are now blocking the entire sidewalk and street. It has become an issue so you don’t feel like you can walk through to get from my job to Bart safely. At the end of the street they have built a make shift shower and it drains to the creek that goes directly into the Bay. The litter from the homeless is scattered all down 77th onto the rail tracks. To allow this continuous disregard for public right of way and lack of control is unacceptable. Where is the oversight?
