"Hello, this past week the town was trimming the tree in front of 40 Lakeview Ave due to a report of falling limbs. I have seen the limbs that fall from that tree and they are similar to the ones we have reported falling from the tree in front of 54 Lakeview Ave for the past 3 years now. One of which fell next to me and my child while making a snow man, another just inches from my mothers car when she visited, and another actually hitting our truck causing us to have to replace the rear light. My husband and our neighbor both went out to ask the workers what is going on with the tree in front of 54 Lakeview. The man said he would look into it but had no order at this time. The tree is currently growing toward or into three houses on our street and literally rests on our house.
Again, the town has posted they would take care of the issue, UI has assessed the tree twice and says the town needs to act. Why are we not seeing any progress? Who can I meet with to address this issue farther? "
