"Due to a depressurization and out of an abundance of caution, we are issuing a boil water notice as we are experiencing low water pressure or no water pressure throughout parts of the South End. If you are experiencing no pressure, DO NOT drink the water without boiling it first. Bring all water to a boil, let it boil for one minute, and let it cool before using it, or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and food preparation until further notice. Boiling kills potential bacteria and other organisms in the water. If you are in the south end, but have some water (low pressure) we recommend that you do not drink or use the water for cooking without boiling.
