Sharraxaadda

The soil at the guardrail, (right side), over top of the storm drain has washed away and now the road is degrading to the point that the white line is gone and caving in. This photo is old and has gotten much worse. It wont belong before more soil washes out under the road. This needs to be addressed by Downingtown.
