As per Inspector Marcus Finley, no cause for action at time of inspection. Found out that 60 is moving their trash there. However, 69 will be getting a summons. This issue will be re-opened due to the fact that I just spoke to the tenant and he still states that 60 Williams Ave is still placing their garbage at the rear of 67 Williams.
