The lights are fine I live on Clinton Street their timed according to traffic pattern

Although one year ago I reported that when you push the button to cross the street it doesn't give you enough time to cross the street before it changes back and I'm a fast Walker I walked across the street well that needs to be adjusted it needs to allow more time for a pedestrian to cross a street this is a very dangerous intersection when walking across the street of though it has much improved since the functional signals have been in operation

I think all the lights in this intersection needs to be adjusted. Some take longer than others. I see the line of cars waiting for the lights to turn green. It is a real nightmare.

Since they installed the lights traffic this intersection has become one of the busiest and slowest ones in Chelsea specially the outbound traffic from Eastern Ave onto Broadway that didn't exist before. I wonder who comes up with this non-working ideas...
