It is important that every school in the New Haven Public Schools system have (can anyone out there double check whether or not this is the correct conjugation of the verb “to have” for third person singular in the subjunctive mood?) functional bike parking, especially if we want our city to achieve designation as a “bicycle-friendly city” from the League of American Bicyclists.
