Since 2013, I have reported this property (and the adjacent house) on multiple occasions. They are both consistently in a state of disrepair. The few times the commercial property has been occupied, the occupants have committed other violations like open storage of junk tires on the property. Clearly the owners of the property are unfazed by any fines they are being levied by the city. It may be time for some form of harsher penalties as a repeat offender, if possible.
