This has been reported many times. The sidewalk on both sides of 22nd in this area is in need of repair. Lots of litter that has been in this area for a very long time, kept reporting, still there all getting down the storm drains.
The exit is FULL of weeds chocking out the landscaping on this exit, exit is a MOLD cave, it's all a mess.
