I noticed the Facebook post that Mayor Christenson will be joining the residents of 33 Park St. A privately owned building protesting the rent increases which are still below the HUD published affordable rents for the city

Since we all know the Jefferson Apartment Complex redevelopment of the City Hall Site is the Crown Jewel of Mayor Christenson's time in office - if the mayor truly cares about affordable housing and this is not a stunt to get a few votes How many affordable units did he demand Jefferson incorporate into then City Hall Project? NONE
