To whom it may concern, 2 issues here: #1 the storm water runoff at the side of my hose need to be extended to the lake, for several days the water has come up to the mid part of my back yard. 2nd issue the storm ditches in front of my house and others fill up fast and the street has become very deep with water at times, also neighbors have covered the storm drains causing water to pool in the road and yards as well as debree is filling the ditches and keeping them from draining.
