In addition to the addition of the grossly neglected parkways and landscaping, the building is in disrepair. Broken windows with no screens are on the side of the house.

The stated property has become an eyesore after 2 years of the property being fairly well maintained. The sidewalk is the frequent path of neighbors, and guests to our fine city, visiting the Palladium. The weeds are out of control.
