This property has been empty for years --no electric no water --it is a hazard to those who live in the area --how can the not be an issue --The city has to do something to help..

Just think about the methane gas coming up the pipes considering the fact that there is no water in any of the water traps and the amount of dead rats and flea Infestation. in the house.
We have had to check on this home when it has been broken into.
Such a great neighborhood to have such a terrible neighbor.

This is a huge safety concern for all the kids and families in the area!! When is the city going to take control of this property

You have this matter RESOLVED --have you been by the property--it is STILL a mess. Sewer gases and rats are still there!!!!
