sand &gravel , car carriers , big rigs using Arthur St as by pass . Sun up to sun down jack braking multi shifting noisemakers ! 0n a POSTED ! weight restricted street . On a similar note exhaust modified vehicles as LOUD a jet !! Maybe some citations for defective equipment is justified .
