On Monday, August 19, 2019, a site visit was conducted by 277 for a 311 report of a business operating without a Certificate of Occupancy. Upon arrival at this location, 277 observed a three-story, multi-family, residential complex. 277 then walked the property in an
attempt to locate a management office. At the time of this investigation, it was determined that no management personnel were on location. No contact was made during this site visit. 277 posted the
first, 15-day notice on the window glass adjacent to the entrance door, instructing the recipient of the notice to contact 277 to discuss the details of this investigation.
