As I attempt to enter this complaint, I realize that I do not have enough information. Is this on the River Trail? Is this by Cedar Street?

Take a boat with you. It's the pylon in the water. Is this a jurisdiction issue? It can be seen from the River Trail and maybe from Cedar Street.

After consulting the Superintendent it appears this is under MDOT jurisdiction. I will move it along to the appropriate office.

Continues... 1.5 years later and it seems to be multiplying with graffiti on another pillar. This time at least it was a flower.
