There's graffiti on the Northeast corner of the Northwest pylon supporting the west bound I-496 roadway.

As I attempt to enter this complaint, I realize that I do not have enough information. Is this on the River Trail? Is this by Cedar Street?

Take a boat with you. It's the pylon in the water. Is this a jurisdiction issue? It can be seen from the River Trail and maybe from Cedar Street.
