Unfortunately, NW 138th Terrace is not a county owned or maintained roadway so we are unable to respond to this issue. If this is a private road, then it would be up to the residents affected on this roadway to resolve the issue. If there is an HOA, then the president of the HOA needs to be contacted so the issue can be addressed.
