  And why does a homeless encampment have 10 bikes in front of their tent? I was at 24 Hour fitness last weekend and a patron came out to find his bike was stolen. I highly suspect these bikes were stolen from the neighborhood!

  Homeless people living under bart in the median on E12th between Fruitvale/Derby they are bringing all sort of bikes, shopping carts, and trash pooping and urinating out in the open. At night it's continuous fighting, screaming, I no longer feel safe people walking around talking to themselves bringing junk. Please do something about this situation after all the money that was spent on the landscape in the median.

  There used to be vagrancy laws. Oakland is becoming a pig sty!! But we need to be PC!

  It's been a month and the officials have done nothing about it, why don't they turn the sprinklers on maybe that run them off, also thr grass is dying after they spent so much money on the landscape
