Description

I am located at 2 fernglen avenue, Glen Burnie md, zip code 21061. The house behind our property, located at 100 dickens avenue, is overcrowded with junk and trash. The property is very unsightly and unkept. To start off with the details, the shrubbery is growing out of control in the yard, there is a depleted shed structure in the back yard, there are 2 untagged and uncovered vehicles in the driveway, a red astro van and a rusted out Volkswagen beetle that is ions old, old grills and propane tanks, multiple 5 gallon containers containing who knows what, gas containers, empty or full, old bicycles and ladders, old lawn mowers, and much construction materials and debris that are not in use. Is there anyway we can enforce that he can clean his property up? We are worried about pest attraction issues firstly, and not to mention that his dump of a yard is decreasing the retail value of not only my property, but the entire neighborhood to. Our properties that those of us who work hard to keep up with, should not be valued at less by retailers and the county because some other people who don't work as hard as we do's place looks like a dump!!
