Description
It's come to my attention that we submit issues, we get some "assignment" notification, and then nothing happens. Commenting doesn't seem to help. Perhaps, then, we need to close the original complaint, and open new complaints. This may be the only way to keep our complaints on the top of the stack. I can't think of any other solution to the "forgotten issue" problem.
