These five, awkwardly designed bicycle racks (Quincy and Broadway) are always empty. The adjacent City standard "lollipop" racks are always full. It would be good to substitute the unpopular style with 5 new lollipop racks to accommodate up to 10 more bicycles at this location.

Thanks for your request. We will evaluate this location, let you know of our findings, and notify abutting property owners if racks will be installed. Please note that sites for bike racks can be limited on narrow sidewalks due to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirement that a sufficient walkway be left open for people with disabilities.
