According to the code officer who investigated this complaint the property is not currently occupied. So here is the ad because the place is for rent. So once they rent it out and the parking becomes a problem… Then the code officer will tell them they’re in violation and they need to update their business license? At that point the parking is already a problem and the city is not going to make them evict the tenants ! So is this an exercise in futility…?

This property NOW has tenants.

I never heard of a code that applies to parking for a duplex. Is street parking availability not sufficient and is it because it is a rental and not owner-occupied. Just trying to educate myself. Thank you.
