This has been reported repeatedly without action being taken. The Landlord @ 348 is a favorite of ACDA, planning, etc. Is that why he is allowed to do as he likes. If even one neighbor comes down with a rodent related illness....the consequences will reverberate!! Stop your favoritism for slumlords draining the city coffers dry. It is truly serious when you catch 6 mice a night on the average no matter how clean you keep your house. The tenants throw their trash over the fence on to my elderly neighbors yard. That may be ok where DINO comes from, but this is not an eastern European backwater.
