74 and 76 N Allen have constantly left garbage out for weeks. There is a colony of skunks that are feeding here and can be seen and smelled after dark every night. This needs to be permanently remedied.

It's scattered all the way to the road as of this morning. Trash everywhere and I could smell a skunk at 11am.

There were skunks eating the garbage at 74 at 3:00am. I heard a screeching sound and they ran under the porch at 76 N Allen and sprayed the porch. It is almost 2pm and can still smell very strong. I fear that they sprayed the porch furniture as there were food scraps that were dragged across the lawn to the porch.I am at the end of my patience. Any suggestions on what can be done. Every summer it gets worse.

I heard what sounded like a girl screaming around that time. Figured that's exactly what it was.

Except for one garbage can, that's still on the side of the house, all the other trash and garbage cans are NOW on the porch. WTF? They must be out of their minds! Animals can still get at and in it!

Apparently one of them has this app and that is their solution.
