Description

The corner of our home at 43rd AVE NE and Cherry ST NE floods with even the smallest amount of rain because there is no drainage like the rest of the neighborhood. The standing water can remain for days and even weeks if there is regular rain. This problem has been reported for almost 10 years now. It's not only unsightly, but also a potential danger for cars and pedestrians and can breed mosquitoes.
