So has the city taken care of this issue.
Or are they waiting for the home owners to fix issue with the tree.

They sent someone two days later and he looked at the tree and told us they would send the City over to add fertilizer to it, a few days later the city came and fertilized the tree next to it and left by the time I could get out there to tell them it was the wrong tree, but you would think they would notice that as my tree looked like crap and was covered in ants and dead leaves, the tree they fertalized was healthy looking. Anyways the tree is still alive but I'm not sure what its going to look like in the spring. Figure I will have to buy stuff for it and prune all the dead stuff off myself.

What a bunch of idiots.
Cut the tree down and dump it at the main city garage maybe then they will do something about it.
