August 29th I submitted to the City of Houston (311) Forestry Dept to collect fallen tree branches. our FST district landscaping crews can collect the smaller of the branches but not the large ones. I call COH 311 weekly to check status, their response is that they have it on schedule to remove. Thanks,

I placed the issue on Aug 28th. I called them today and its scheduled to be removed by 09-29-19. If its not removed, by then they will escalate it to a higher level. Thanks,
