Thank you for notification of the damaged rail at 3901 SW 20TH AVE near the bus stop. We have contacted RTS maintenance supervisor Kirkpatrick by phone and email to ensure that a response and repairs are completed as deemed necesary( SR19975). Thank you for reporting and using 311GNV.

Although the issue is now showing as closed on this website, know that it has been replaced with an active service request. Service request 4241 has been created in our internal work order system. The damaged railings were removed by RTS as a safety precaution.
